A

Ageing: the wine storage period,.

Aging: It is the phase of development or maturation of a wine that will lead to its peak.

B

Balanced: refers to a mature wine in which all its components (alcohol, tannin and acidity) are in harmony.

C

Cabernet Franc: the grape variety produced in the Loire Valley, the vineyards of Bordeaux and the Southwest, a red wine rather close to that of its cousin Cabernet Sauvignon with less color and nobility. It knows, however, the great terroirs of Chinon and Bourgueil, be stylish, elegant and age well. It denotes aromas of raspberry, violet and black currant.

Cabernet Sauvignon: This is the most famous red grape in the world. It is the basis of Bordeaux wines, but it is also found in the Loire Valley, the Southwest, Provence, Languedoc, and in almost every wine-producing countries in the world.
