A

Ageing: the wine storage period,.

Aging:
It is the phase of development or maturation of a wine that will lead to its peak.

Ample:
is a generous wine that fills the mouth fully due to the presence of aromas and flavors particularly intense.

Balanced: refers to a mature wine in which all its components (alcohol, tannin and acidity) are in harmony.

C

Cabernet Franc: the grape variety produced in the Loire Valley, the vineyards of Bordeaux and the Southwest, a red wine rather close to that of its cousin Cabernet Sauvignon with less color and nobility. It knows, however, the great terroirs of Chinon and Bourgueil, be stylish, elegant and age well. It denotes aromas of raspberry, violet and black currant.

Cabernet Sauvignon:
This is the most famous red grape in the world. It is the basis of Bordeaux wines, but it is also found in the Loire Valley, the Southwest, Provence, Languedoc, and in almost every wine-producing countries in the world. It produces a colorful, low alcohol wine, powerful and very elegant. Still bitter or tannic, it requires a shift in the barrel and a long aging in bottle to reach its peak. Good ageing capacity : refers to a wine showing good aging potential. It should keep for several years before it reaches its full potential and all its qualities.

T

Tannin : organic elements located in the stems, seeds and skins of grapes and that is reflected in the red and rosé wines after they were extracted during maceration. They play an important role in the character of the wine of which they are framing. The way they have been extracted will depend the quality of the bitterness of red wine.

Terroir:
all natural elements that define a vineyard: its soil composition, microclimate and affects his personality and organoleptic characteristics.

V
